Easiest Ever Meatloaf
My whole house smells like the 1950s thanks to this delicious and EASY meatloaf.

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup dried bread crumbs
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Other spices to taste (I used Italian seasoning)
Sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
2/3 cup ketchup
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the meat, egg, onion, milk, Worcestershire sauce and bread crumbs.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan.
4. In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour half over the meatloaf, and reserve the other half.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1+ hour or until the internal temperature reads 160 degrees F.
