Puffer at MacBraynes pier Tobermory

I think that must be a 'Puffer' in the foreground at MacBraynes pier Tobermory. It has been suggested that the vessel behind is part of Commander Crabb's attempt to recover artifacts from the famous treasure galleon which would make the year 1954 I think. I was too young to remember this and all my memories of puffers at Tobermory are of them discharging cargoes like coal or road chippings etc at the old pier.
