Limited edition Bring-a-Buddy items up for grabs!

 

 

Promo Mechanics:

 

 

1. Promo period is from July 22-August 3, 2013.

 

 

2. You must be an active employee of Teleperformance Mandaluyong, Parañaque or Davao to qualify for this promo.

 

 

3. Refer your friends for any agent position at any of the selected sites where you are assigned from July 22-August 3 and get limited edition Bring-a-Buddy items.

 

 

4. Redeem any of the following items based on the number of your referrals and their application status:

 

 

• Bring-a-Buddy Sticker

For every referral that will apply at the recruitment site during the promo period.

 

 

• Bring-a-Buddy Pen

For every three (3) referrals that will apply at the recruitment site during the promo period.

 

 

• Bring-a-Buddy Tumbler or Bring-a-Buddy Pillow

For every two (2) referrals who will pass the first week of training, and will start before August 10, 2013.

 

 

5. Employees that are eligible to receive reward item/s will be informed through internal communication and email to supervisor on August 16, 2013.

 

 

6. The reward item must be claimed within seven (7) business days upon notification. Unclaimed prizes will be deemed forfeited.

 

 

7. The reward items are offered on top of the cash incentives under the Bring-a-Buddy Program.
