Mean Streets
Shortly before I took this photo (the light through the fog intrigued me), I was shouted at by a man who objected to my camera. It's only the second time this has happened but he was particularly aggressive, pointing and yelling for me to 'turn the camera away'. I hadn't even noticed he was there until he started the commotion!
So I tried to explain what I was doing but he wouldn't listen. He even threatened to call the police!!! Rightly or wrongly I suggested he should go ahead, which shut him up for a moment and I made my 'escape'. He was still yelling at me as I walked away.
The incident shook me up... but it won't put me off enjoying my hobby. Most people I meet on my photo walks are friendly and curious, I'm happy to say :).
Thanks for looking! And if you have any tips for dealing with people who object to your camera, please share!!!
