Therapy at home

This is an particle board [aka masonite] of 11" * 11". The size of board can be varied according to the individual need. To make this board wood can also be used, however masonite is considerably cheaper. The cut masonite is alos available at some hardwear stores or you can ask someone to cut the piece of masonite or wood for you. Mark the horizontal and vertical lines 1 inch apart from each other to have marks before start drilling.
