Warning: POLITICAL POST - The past few weeks it's been difficult for me to focus on photography due to our current political situation here in the United States so here's a photo from last October
The people who know me personally are well aware that I pretty much never discuss politics, but frankly things have been seeming to go so badly here recently that I feel I can't keep ignoring it. I would ask anyone who reads this that's living outside of the U.S. to please keep in mind that views of our current president are not representing the entire majority of the population, in fact in my 26 years I have never seen as much resistance as I am these days to Trumps views. I feel it's been so bad for that the first time in my life I almost feel legitimate embarrassment to be from this country (some I'm sure would argue that should've happened many years before now and who knows you're probably right). But anyways, I feel like now more than ever is a time when we ALL need to put our religious, social, and political views aside and come together for the betterment of human kind but also for this beautiful earth itself. We have to change the way we treat each other. We have to join together now before big money, big corporations, and big idiots destroy everything and ruin everything for the entire human race
