Low Calorie Chocolade mouse cake

Self-made,

Bake normal Sponge cake and cut in half /vertical.

Mouse made with

- creamed Coconut milk,

- Kahlua as sweetener

- a small amount of Butter

- 100% Cocoa powder

- Vanilla Essence

- Nutmeg

Everything can be mixed after your own taste. You can also add a little bit of Espresso

Place in Fridge until firm.

Put cake together after your own fantasy, using soft fruit or berries.

Decorating chocolate on top made with

- 100% cocoa ( a lot )

- melted butter

- vanilla Essence

- Icing Sugar or Honey ( a little )

So you have that dark chocolate taste.

 

ps. You also can put some Whisky or Rum on the Sponge cake layers for more moisture and taste.
