This week's Saturday Timewatch features another of my Dad's photos which will also have been developed and printed by himself. I may well have seen the ship but will have been too young to have taken the photo.
In this instance it can be dated to between 1953 and 1956, though probably closer to the later date. The ship is HMS Conway, with the Navy using the English spelling. The location of the wreck was adjacent to the Menai Suspension Bridge in North Wales.
