Usually this section of Bournemouth Station is locked and out-of-bounds to the public. However, last weekend, South Western Railway were running a special timetable hourly shuttle service up and down between Weymouth and Bournemouth. This presented an unexpected opportunity to photograph Bournemouth's Platform 4 in operation, not to mention the classic signal box.
