Wizard Nebula
The Wizard Nebula (Sh2-142) and open cluster NGC 7380 are located in the constellation of Cepheus. NGC 7380 is a young cluster that contain about 125 stars. Sharpless 2-142 is an emission nebula illuminated by these stars. The image consist of 47 exposures taken with a Canon 60Da camera, 8” TPO RC telescope, and a Celestron CGEM mount. Images were stacked with Nebulosity 4 and processed with Pixinsight 1.8.
