It’s rare to see gantries surviving on the network with semaphores so I was pleased to capture this shot at Hellifield Station. In this scene, a Northern Rail Class 158 “Express Passenger DMU” passes Hellifield signal box on the 1E23 Carlisle to Leeds service.
