Pentax Espio 120 SW
This is the youngest camera in my collection, barelly 10 years old. It was love at first sight. The camera is all in alluminium and extremely well finished. The pic doesn't do justice but it is very small and handsome. It might be compact, but it is big in specifications. It packs an impressive 28-120 mm zoom into such a diminutive body. The downside is that the lens is terribly slow (5,6/12,5). However, it seems that the lens quality is very high for such a camera. It managed to beat the Minolta TC-1 lens and to top the Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar of the Kyocera.
Another good thing is the level of manual control. You have all the normal flash modes and B, yes, time for long esposures. You also can choose from multi-AF or single and multi-zone metering or spot metering. Also, there is the panorama option hidden at the bottom of the camera, nice touch with a 28mm lens. The tinny flash zooms with the lens, just like the big pro cobra flashes and thereis a remote control.
The viewfinder has dioptric correction and it is fairly decent.
All in all, an interesting little camera that I had never heard of and the info on the net is virtually zero.
