Basement: Old coal storage room, this is directly below the concrete pad with manhole along east exterior of building / parking lot.

 

Room has been emptied and you can now see the extensive damage and mold / rust / etc.... I recommend having someone come look at it - assessing mold and recommendation on how to seal shut.
