EDPL at Hartford

Pan Am EDPL pops out of the tunnel under Albany Avenue in Hartford. The train had just had a rolling meet with Amtrak 56 to the north of here before it got its turn to pass down the single track stretch, one of two such areas left on this line. Due to construction here in Hartford and maintenance elsewhere on the line most of the passenger trains were suspended which opened a big window of time for the normally overnight EDPL/PLED to appear in midday for a few weeks.
