Anger Management Trainee

When green herons are out in the open and feel stress they often raise their crests and flick their tails. I watched this guy for nearly twenty minutes as he kept trying and failing to grab his prey. After at least six failed attempts his stress and frustration were becoming apparent as the crest went up and the tail began flicking violently. He finally gave up and flew across the lake. Wildwood Park, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
