Late Summer Stalker

One of the few remaining green herons at Wildwood Lake, stalking his prey. I've only seen two of these herons recently, and soon they will have moved on for the winter. We'll miss them but will be happy to see them again when they return next spring. Wildwood Park, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
