Struttin' the beach
The first stop on our Florida trip was Navarre Beach, on the Panhandle near Pensacola. My favorite place was the Gulf Islands National Seashore which stretches across several locations. One morning I walked between a mile and a mile and a half and saw one person. The beautiful white sand paired so well with the high surf creating wonderful pastel colors.
Here, a Wilson's plover struts along in the sand.
