Michael (www.mjm.hk) asked me to do a little one-on-one workshop with him about working Strobist-style (lighting with small flashes). Michael wanted to learn some tricks about lighting and just being creative with the environment.
I asked my friend, muse and fantastic model Erika to be the subject of our experiments.
Just to make it clear, I didn't shoot these images, Michael did.
LIGHTING INFO:
To make a sunny shot on a rainy dark night, we placed a bare Vivitar 285HV (at half power I think) on my driveway and aimed it towards a dark gray wall in my office through the blinds of the window.
Because it was raining, I put a plastic freezer bag over the flash.
