Street Wifi and Bluetooth Detector

Apparently some kind of urban surveillance technology. But what exactly? Probably not a regular camera.

 

My only good educated guess: A detector for WiFi and Bluetooth signals.

 

Besides the presence of signals< I guess it also detects the direction the signal comes from.
