During Q&A, a lady in the audience asked if Amy ever called any of her fans. Amy paused, and said yes, once, and she related the story. A fan wrote and said she was involved with an abusive boyfriend. Amy had only an address and chased down the woman's phone number and called her.

The woman replied, "That was me."
