Karat Banana Smoothie

 

Ingredients

3 ripe Karat bananas

2 cups of fresh coconut juice or one small coconut

1 calamansi squeezed or 1 teaspoon of lime or lemon

 

Method

•Pour coconut juice into the blender and add peeled Karat bananas

•Squeeze calamansi into the blender

•Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smoothie thickens and no chunks of banana remain

 

Health Notes

This sugar- and fat free smoothie contains vitamin A from the Karat which is great for healthy skin, the immune system and good eye health. Calamansi has vitamin C and Calcium
