1964 Shasta Compact

We purchased a 1964 Shasta Compact last Friday. We knew it needed a little work and knew the roof leaved under hard rain. We thought we'd replace a few 1x2's in the ceiling, re-seal the roof and be on our way. Every 1x2 in the ceiling is shot so the whole ceiling has come down as well as part of a wall. We're planning to re-seal in the next week or two.
