Times of confusion

I took this photo on Karl Johan street in Oslo last summer. I saw all this people walking up and down the street and they were beautifully highlighted by the sun. I was thinking how to do something out of the ordinary of the scene so I took some photos with low shutter speed and at the same time I moved the camera up and down. I don't know why but this picture makes me think of the confusion and fear people have about corona these days.
