For the second Sunday in a row, Norfolk Southern put one of their heritage units on the point of Mechanicville-Chicago intermodal train 205. Last week it was the Lackawanna and this week it was the Southern. NS ES44AC 8099 is illuminated by a brief sucker hole as it exits the tunnel and begins the descent down Belden Hill's west slope to the Chenango River Valley and Binghamton on the former Delaware & Hudson.
