College volleyball: Cal State Stanislaus at Chico State (9/18/2013) - Chico, California
Last Wednesday night I got to shoot Chico State’s first at home volleyball game of the season.The Wildcats were without the services of their fourth best hitter in Chico State history. She was on the sidelines suffering from an ankle injury incurred at a volleyball tournament the previous weekend. However, the players substituting for her performed well. The Wildcats started slowly, losing the first set 18-25, but then they bounced back to take the next three sets 25-20, 25-23, and 25-17 for the victory. A lot of energy was generated in the stands by the home team fans.
