Minister Biruta Tours Rwanda Green Fund Investments in Eastern Province and Muvumba Multi-purpose Dam Site

Rwanda's Minister of Environment, Vincent Biruta, has toured the Eastern Province to assess progress of a Rwanda Water and Forestry Authority project financed by the Rwanda Green Fund (FONERWA). The investment project aims to enhance sustainable forest, agroforestry and biomass energy management for climate resilience.

 

Minister Biruta also visited the future site of the Muvumba Multi-purpose Dam.
