In memory of Police Officer Patrick McDonald who was killed on Sept. 23, 2008 after being shot by his assailant.
Also prayers for a quick and full recovery of Police Officer Bowes who was also shot in the attack.
Since four Officers have been violently killed in the line of duty this past year, and several others severly injured, it would seem that the criminals have flat out declared war on the Philadelphia Police Department.
