Kids Bath Rough in
The kids bathroom has the shower membrane installed with plumbing above. The aluminum pipe in the middle is for an HRV system. This is a ventilator that constantly runs down in the basement to exchange the air in the house for exterior air that is preheated as they pass each other. Apparently this is more economical than venting with a fan through the roof. There is another one in the laundry room beyond this room.
