Bouncing Bomb at the Swannery

This bomb - like the name says - bounces on the water. Of course only if they do a special kind of approach flying very low above the water surface. A bomb like this was used in WWII to destroy the dam of the "Möhnesee" which is near where I live. And my father always told us when he came back from work half of our quarter was flooded meters high. And we are living some 50 kilometers away from the dam near the river "Ruhr". They exercised this kind of approach here on the Fleet Lagoon, a water seperated by a narrow long strip of dunes from the open sea.
