April 1970, Phu Quoc, Kien Giang Province, Vietnam --- Businessman Ross Perot, founder of Electronic Data Systems, Inc., visits the sick bay of a Prisoners of War camp at Phu Quoc Prison in Kien Giang Province, South Vietnam, where 23,000 POW's are held.
