California Long-tailed Weasel
Wow, like Yippee! My very first sight of a weasel! Spotted while poking around the coastal bluffs. It did not appear to notice me for awhile which allowed me to observe for quite sometime. I didn't even need to sneak up on it, as it popped up pretty close to where I was sitting. The infallible internet indicated that it was a California Long-tailed Weasel. (you could tell it was Cali because it was so good-looking!)
