hey! hello! halp!

although an old shot, and only a semi-SP, i'm reposting it just to say hey to you flickr friends and acquaintances during this very trying hiatus.

 

still waiting to see if i can get my hard drive salvaged from the dead computer. meantime, a generous friend has loaned me an ancient system to at least have online access at home back in place.

 

(2 days later - update: verizon mistakenly disconnected my internet service and can't figure out how to reconnect it. offline at home again! bear with me ... )

 

so, still can't transfer any shots, may have lost my photoshop in the crash and burn. the questions remain about getting a new computer let alone replacing photoshop (those questions being "where/when/how exactly am i going to get the bucks for those?!")

 

yes, it's been liberating to an extent. but i've been finding myself taking relatively few photos in these past weeks. and that's perplexing, worrying me a little (as photography has been my saving grace in the past 3 years ... )

 

i've also waaaaaay lost track of y'alls streams seeing as i haven't been able to get here for so long. i'm sorry.
