Say goodbye to the "Ole Pig" and hello to "Lupo"! I've spent some time upgrading my Abrams (really Andrew Somers' Abrams with my tweaks).
Changes include:
- Rebuilt the rear end of the turret to make the overall length about half a stud shorter
- Moved the CITV (commander's sight) back away from the front of the turret
- New gun shield for the loader's machine gun
- Rebuilt the main gun barrel and moved the bore evacuator away from the muzzle
- New Combat Identification Panels (CIPs) are a little less chunky than the old ones
- Rebuilt the side skirts to make them less chunky (thicker might be ok for reactive armor, but I didn't like the look) and cover the length of the tank in a better way
- Rebuilt the top engine covers so that they are removable plates rather than hinged, and used the space I saved to drop in an engine
- Driver's station now has a complete set of controls
Let me know what you think!
