Kodak Retina II, 35mm folding camera
Trying for a very soft and vintage mood with this one... My typical photos are sharp and vibrant so this is a bit challenging for me...
Shot with Canon 5DII and Vivitar Series 1 Macro Zoom, with available indoor light.
Processed in CS4 primarily with Nik color efex filters. I used both 3.0 and 4....
Let me know what you think please...
My Grandfathers Kodak Retina II. ( Captain Byron Cramblet )
He picked it up following WWII to supplement/replace his Kodak 1A folder
It flew with him during the early years at SAS (Scandinavian Airlines System) the Berlin Airlift, and throughout his career at American Airlines.
I am slowly scanning in his photo albums from 40's and 50's and fixing them up if possible in photoshop....
Kodak Retina II — (Type 014)
Made in Germany by Kodak AG
Produced from 1949-1950
Rodenstock Heligon f/2 50mm
Compur-Rapid shutter 1-500 sec. plus bulb
