2019 March 12 ~ The waxing crescent Moon

On a still and only moderately cool evening, the waxing Moon stood high over Toronto, near the Hyades star cluster in the constellation Taurus.

 

At the time of this image, the Moon was 384,600 km from Earth, and 35.4% sunlit.
