Flooded Tracks

As I was having lunch at the Giordano's just steps south of the Downers Grove - Main Street station, a heavy downpour enveloped the area. As a result, the tracks at the station filled with rainwater not long after the worse had passed. I am assuming that this is just runoff, but nevertheless, I found it very interesting to see a flooded trackbed. Thank God the water didn't cover the rails.
