detail installation- "Take it Marianne"- 010- west indies,
quelle surprise! cette semaine, j'ai exposé cette pièce dans un espace culturel, avec une médiatisation sympa, sauf une petite surprise. une journaliste de rfo martinique, qui a refusé de m'interviewer, de montrer des visuels de mon installation. Elle a prétexté "c'est de la pub". quid Andy warhol?
cette install' porte sur le rapport entre deux économies qui se complètent Martinique/ France. Et qui essaie de mieux se soutenir et se comprendre. L'objet ci dessus est un produit d'exportation important dans cette économie martiniquaise. Et est un exemple de ce qui peut être fait (sans niaiserie de ma part) en matière d'exportation, en transposant ce principe à d'autres produits de l'industrie, du tourisme, de l'intelligentsia, voire de la production agricole ....etc.......
Mais il existe j'en suis sûr ici un malaise et une animosité entre gens de couleur, gens de la culture, gens qui font, malheureusement.
what a surprised! this week, I exposed this part in a cultural centre, with a sympathetic mediatization, except a small surprise. a journalist of rfo Martinique, which refused to interview me, to show the visual ones of my installation.she says “it is advertizing”. quid Andy warhol?
this install' relates to the relationship between two economies which are complementary Martinique France. And which tries to be better supported and to understand itself. Object Ci above is an important product of export in this economy inhabitant of Martinique.
And is an example of what can be made (without silliness of my share) as regards export, while transposing this principle to other products of industry, tourism, intelligentsia, even of the agricultural production….etc .......
But there exists I am sure here a discomfort and an animosity between coloured persons, people of the culture, people who make, unfortunately.We live one era of hypocritical raising the moral standard of french society.
