Simulating Vision Impairments

Most blindness is not total loss of vision, and many more people have varying degrees of visual impairments but do not consider themselves 'blind." This is a preliminatry effort to improve on the simulations of blindness I have seen on the Internet in order to help people understand the complexities and variety of visual impairments, as well as what it might mean to be blind, even though you can see.
