Daffodils and Canadian Snow

Well we are starting to melt down here in Atlantic Canada, a long hard winter for the record charts breaking 100 year old records, but all things come to an end, here my daffodils are very hardy and breaking through the melting snow made possible only by shovelling off 1.5 Ft. of snow off the garden last weekend, there is still near 36 inches of snow in most places but I have notices the ice breaking up on the water front as well, daytime temperature are promised to be near +10C next week and the end of overnight freezing temperatures will hopefully bring a speedy spring.
