Why do the Swiss hate London? I don't know. I do know that the jerks from Swiss Re, insurance weasels, built this gawdawful gherkin in the middle of this beautiful city. Many folks, at least the polite ones call this piece of crap "The Gherkin" or 30 St Mary Axe, most of us think it looks like a big glass dildo. It's ugly, and I hope it's torn down ASAP. I hope an English Insurance company builds a sphincter arch is Lucerne some time soon. OK don't blame the Swiss, they just paid for this eyesore it was designed by Foster + Partners.
