A view from the way back machine
Things are still crazy here both at large and in my more personal life.
You can all read the headlines, so I wont dwell on that more again today, other than to say, we are better than this and we need to change and get back on a better path again.
I did get out and meet some friends a couple of weeks back, but things have been rather sparse. I do hope to change that, as it has been a far too long dry or dry-ish spell.
I wish things were more open than they are, but I also can't not live my life, forever. I'm hoping to create a couple of opportunities here in the next couple of weeks. Nothing like I was up to a few years back, but at least getting out, plying the area and at least getting my feet wet again.
This picture is a favorite of mine, from a few years back. It was from an extended Memorial Day Weekend outing in which I spent a couple of days really letting Becky get out and live. I attended a public US military Memorial Day ceremony, visited a few other Memorial Day spots, took advantage of some Memorial Day Weekend sales and specials at a couple of local malls, took a couple of walks thru parks and around the lake, got my hair done at some point and had dinner with some local friends, all over the course of a few days that weekend.
It was simple and easy and just wonderful to be able to do. I was deep in my sweet spot and loved where I had been able to take my TG journey.
I'm a little out of my sweet spot at the moment, things are not as simple and easy. A world that seems so much more crazy these days, doesn't help, but I'm looking to get back to my sweet spot or at least in the area again soon.
You all be well and make the best out of the lemons we seem to have been given lately.
Hugs, Becky
