BMW 316 and Alfasud Ti
Family transport during our stay in Norway from 1982 until 1985. The BMW was much better built, but the little Alfa Romeo was more fun on the winding mountain roads and more surefooted in snowy conditions. I carried a slab of concrete in the boot of the BMW to tame its oversteering characteristic in the snow. Both cars are fitted with tungsten studded winter tread tyres which were required during winter.
