UPTURNED
Well this morning was certainly eventful. Having spent a few days up in Northumberland sadly it was time to say goodbye yet again.
We'd packed the car with most of our things the night before.
The alarm went off at 4.30am, up washed and ready. A few remaining things to pack into the car, after stripping the bed and parceling up the towels etc, this Covid has a lot to answer for.
Not really what I'd like to be doing at 4.30 in the morning!
Well Ken opens the door and guess, your right it's piddling down lol!
Now quite often I'd say ahhh well we'll leave it and go another time.
But as we had arranged to meet up with Skyebaggie, who was down on a short break, the fact the bed was stripped and it was my last chance out with the camera. Hey-ho, off we went.
As you all know I'm not a great lover of country roads, so the journey took a little longer than expected.
We arrived on Holy Island, with a small line of colour along the horizon. This was one of the first images I captured
I'll post what happened afterwards at a later time.
