I WOULD LEAVE THE LIGHT ON

It seems an age since I last posted, so hopefully this shot lives up to the mark.

A capture taken at Tolcarne beach in Cornwall. Our view from our room for a whole week, magic!

I negotiated the hundreds of steps which took you to the beach. I arrived well in advance of sunset as the tide receded.

Hello to the German photographer from Cologne, who stood by my side capturing the sun as it disappeared from sight.

What a beautiful county Cornwall is, beaches around every corner, with wonderful rocky vistas.

We had the most glorious weather with some beautiful sunsets.

Sadly the fact that we didn't go by car was a hindrance, as some of the locations I wanted to visit were just too far.

My very good Flickr friend Brian Pedlar kindly took us on a lovely excursion to Holywell Bay, photo to follow Brian, although Im not sure it will be as good as yours.

Hopefully we will get chance to return in the near future (in the car)
