FLORAL FRAMED

The Gertrude Jekyll garden at Lindisfarne Castle, was created in 1911 and still has an abundance of scent and colour every year.

It occupies the site of a vegetable patch which once provided the soldiers in the castle with food.

It has a combination of hardy annuals and colourful perennials.

Seating provides a wonderful place to rest, relax and enjoy the view.
