About to overtake the man on his bike, and working the 19.40 from Eastleigh to an unknown destination on the 6th of July 1959 is Drummond Greyhound Class 4-4-0 30301.
The loco was new from Nine Elms works to the LSWR as 301 in December 1900 and withdrawn the month after this photo was taken. Cutting up was in October 1959 but can't find any further details.
