Trbwnegs820 40030 c1959 Barbican

Thought to have been taken c1959 at what looks like The Barbican station to me is Fowler Class 3 2-6-2 Tank 40030 working a commuter service and carrying a 14A Cricklewood shed code. From what I can see the loco was withdrawn in October 1959 so must be prior to that.
