FMCbwnegs482 D333 Near Euxton Junction
The 26th of February 1961 and Class 40 D333 is on the down 1S57 Royal Scot with load 13 near Euxton Junction.
I have the 40 as only being released to traffic at Crewe on February 22nd so being 4 days old as such accounts for the near pristine condition. Having spent all her life allocated within 50 miles of Crewe the loco survived until January 1984 and was cut up at Doncaster two months later.
