Kerf Optimization
The optimization scheme which I employed to minimize the height change form each board with respect to its neighbors can be seen here. I designated each board with a greek letter, and tested it against every other board and rated its interface with a rating from 0 to 3 (0 is perfect, 3 is shitty). Also bear in mind that not every surface can be joined with every other surface, because it's much more aesthetically pleasing to have alternative kerf marks on each board, so this narrows down the number of viable permutations by quite a bit.
