e/b at Capa SD. This was an experimental shot. Shot was taken towards the northwest. At this time of year that means I'm shooting into the sun and at the shaded side of the engine. To get around that, I set up one White Lightning X3200 monolight, equivalent to 15-20 Nikon SB-910 type flash. (1340ws). Shooting at full power I had some success in lighting the engine to match the ambient light. I'll keep experimenting with this as it looks like a promising way to deal with the dreaded "dark nose" issue.
